Merchandise Mania was founded in March 2000 with a view to providing ‘Value Packed’ promotional merchandise with customer service at the forefront of our minds at all times. There were a number of excellent companies providing merchandise but it was felt that by focusing on Customer service we could compete and win business.

This philosophy was proven to be successful as by August 2001 Merchandise Mania acquired Banaman of Hendon and moved into their offices and production unit. This office space was only ever meant to be temporary and in January 2002 we moved into our new head office, Merchandise House, in Hendon. Here we had all aspects of our business covered, with Showroom, Administration, Warehousing and Production under one roof. In April 2002 we acquired RME of Hampton and consolidated the plant, machinery and personnel with our existing operation in Hendon. As we have outgrown our old sites we have relocated to Borehamwood, Hertfordshire where we have our whole operation under one roof in a 15,000sqft building.

We now have 29 personnel working in all designations including design, production, warehouse, admin, sales and accounts.

A number of our clients use Merchandise Mania as the ‘one stop shop’. This encompasses Merchandise Mania producing a web site to sit on either our customers intranet or on a public domain. From developing the site we would then agree products with our customer and produce quantities agreed by the client to be kept in our warehouse awaiting call off from the client. We have the capabilities to ship worldwide and do so for some clients. countries!
We also are very happy to look after a customer on their ‘one shot’ business. This is where a customer just needs a certain number of a certain product to be at a given place at a given time.
