The business was established in 1995 as an IT company and has since developed into a specialist print supplier with an enviable reputation for looking after their clients. We have held the ISO 9001 Certification since 2009 which endorses our commitment to customer care and service support. We have also become a member of NAPPS (Nationwide Association of Photocopiers & Printer Suppliers) to confirm our commitment to our ethical company standards.
Our account managers have a wealth of experience to guide a client through what seems to be a jungle of specifications, prices and finance options to arrive at the right solution for the client! Understanding the client's company needs and targets is why their repeat business ratios are so high, and have been supplying some clients for over 30 years.
We are always looking to improve our individual client's costs, workflow, productivity, security and more recently to give them the ability to print from mobile devices. All of this is done through tailoring the correct equipment along with the most effective solution available.
Our company has grown steadily through customer referrals and reputation and in 2011 we moved to much larger premises so that we are able to sustain this growth through the development of our staff and products. We are authorised distributors for world leading brands SHARP and SAMSUNG and can also supply other brands if requested.
All of our engineers, who live within the area they service, are competent, not only in the servicing and repair of the equipment but also in IT so that any fault can be diagnosed promptly and efficiently in one visit ensuring down time is minimised.
